Aches & Pains

We are able to make you more comfortable with a combination of biomechanical assessment, gait re-education, taping, soft tissue massage, orthoses or, if necessary, referral on to another health provider.

 

Children's Feet

 Good foot health starts as soon as you are born. We treat a variety of childhood foot conditions. These problems include fungal infections, verrucae, flat foot & nail conditions. We always include children in their treatment.

 

Corns & Callus

Corns and callus occur for a variety of reasons, including excessive mechanical stresses and chronic fungal infections - the cause is not always clear to the inexperienced eye. We provide both one off and maintenance treatments.

 

Diabetic Foot Health

It's essential to look after your feet if you're diabetic, to avoid amputation. We offer treatment & advice to help to keep your feet in tip top condition. We also monitor at risk areas of the foot and can treat ulcers when they occur.

 

Footwear Advice

The style and shape of your footwear can make a big impact on your foot health. We realise that people have their favourite footwear styles, but offer advice and work with you to ensure that your feet remain in the best of health, with the minimum amount of maintenance.

 

Fungal infections

Not all fungal infections are as obvious as this one! However, they can be very sore, itchy and infectious - potentially spreading to your family and friends.. Fungal nails and athletes foot are both common conditions that can usually be easily treated.

 

Heel Pain

Heel Pain can limit your activities and it can be due to a variety of reasons. We diagnose the cause of your heel pain and work with you to help you to recover.

 

Ingrowing Toenails & Nail Surgery

Ingrowing toenails can be very painful and debilitating. We offer nail surgery as a permanent, pain free, solution. However, nail surgery can also be used as an effective treatment for fungal nails.

 

Medical Pedicure & Prosthetic Nails

Sometimes you just need your feet to feel beautiful. We can offer prosthetic nails for those who no longer have them (e.g. due to injury). Why not try our relaxing Medical Pedicure or Warm Wax Treatment (also an excellent pain reliever if you have arthritis!).

 

Plantar Fasciitis

Most people have heard about this condition. It is usually very painful, especially in the morning, when you first get out of bed. It can happen for a variety of reasons. We can diagnose why it happens and help you to regain your activity levels.

 

Verrucae

Verrucae are a viral infection. They are usually caught from swimming pools and can be very painful. Children and adults can 'keep' verrucae for a number of years. We offer a variety of treatments, including verrucae needling (which we have found to be 75% effective).

We can help by diagnosing your condition and advising you on appropriate and effective treatments. Whilst, you can do a lot at home, to make sure that your feet remain in tip top condition.
